Another sort of nanotechnology company sneaked onto the London Stock Exchange, or at least the AIM (Alternative Investment Market). MicroEmissive Displays Group plc a designer and manufacturer of low power microdisplays using light emitting polymers just raised 15.7 million pounds.
Whether or not light emitting polymers are nanotechnology or not depends on who you talk to. Although many of the processes involved are indeed nanoscale phenomena it blurs the boundary between nano and none nano for those who fret about such distinctions.
