Motley Fool has a nice round up of nanotech funds and indices, pointing out why most of them have, so far, been a lousy investment. Any index made up of early stage or low market cap companies is always going to be volatile, and none of the blue chip companies have significant portions of their income from nanotech unless you buy Intel’s story.
