The Financial Times yesterday had a quick profile of Cavendish Kinetics and their Nanomech memory technology.Whether its MEMS or nano as, as always, a moot point, but it is claimed to be 100% CMOS compatible, giving it a major advantage over the various millipede and nanotube based solutions.
